What you are purchasing
Unless a product page says otherwise, a purchase provides a non-exclusive license to download and use the identified digital score and parts. Copyright and ownership remain with the applicable composer, arranger, or rights holder.
Permitted use
The purchaser may print and use the materials for personal study and for rehearsal and performance by the purchasing individual, school, organization, or ensemble. Reasonable archival and backup copies are permitted for that purchaser’s use.
Not permitted
Files may not be resold, publicly posted, uploaded to file-sharing services, distributed to unrelated organizations or ensembles, or used to create an unauthorized competing edition. Contact Scott before making adaptations, synchronization uses, recordings for commercial distribution, or other uses that may require additional permission.
Orders and delivery
Payment is processed by Stripe. After confirmed payment, the order page and receipt provide secure access to the purchased files. Individual download links expire, and successful downloads are limited. Reopening an eligible order page creates fresh secure links. If you cannot retrieve or safely store the files, use the contact page and include the purchase email and approximate order date.
Third-party editions
Products sold by another publisher are governed by that publisher’s prices, license, delivery, privacy, and refund terms. Links to those editions do not make Scott Ninmer Music the seller of record.
Errors and availability
Product descriptions and prices may be corrected when errors are discovered. If a purchased package is incomplete or materially different from its description, the replacement and refund policy applies.
